  At this location the service was awful all we gait was a girl with an attitude very very very disappointing this is truly the worst Starbucks I have ever went to I do not recommend this location at all all I can say is very disappointing.

  The service at this location is absolutely terrible. Not your regular Starbucks service. Super rude employees. Tons of them just standing around and not even trying to help. Absolutely awful. Better off driving into collingwood.

  Starbucks placed little children with strong egos and no experience to serve its customer base. Starbucks is losing its touch. I ordered an earl grey and was served an english breakfast when I corrected her she changed my tea and when I said some nice words to her she gave me a cold shoulder with an attitude. They need some grown ups in there.
