  Went there over the weekend with my wife and it was a pretty mediocre experience. I had the fish and chips which were rubbery and seemed reheated, not freshly fried. It was also way more batter than fish. It came with a cup of mayo, when usually it should come with tartar sauce. My wife ordered the burger which was apparently really dry and came without a top bun. Fries were good and the service was adequate.

  I don't know why the bad reviews. But I'm here right now. Feb 17 4 : 07. The food is absolutely unreal. Try the chefs creation. Sooooooooooooo good. Our servers are amazing. Thank you Tess and Riley and the guy who sat us down. you totally made our day. My wife and I are loving our experience here. The people here are unreal. made our day. Thank you. #loveourserver. Great place. I would for sure recommend.

  Absolute worst experience I've had in a restaurant. Told a table would be 20 minutes or so. Went to the bar and grabbed a drink, 45 minutes goes by so I go up to the young guy at the front and ask him what's going on. He claims he has "no idea" how long it will be. I ask him nicely if he can find out so we can go somewhere else. He comes back and says they are leaving soon. 10 more minutes goes by so I approach him again, this time there was a lady at the front with him that looked like a manager, so I asked him loudly (she could hear me but never turned to look at me) what was going on with our table. He turns to the manager and asks her, she tells him that the table was actually booked for another party so we cannot have it. Instead of her telling me this, she tells the young lad who turns and tells me, even though I'm standing right there, looking at her and listening to what she is saying. She just stood there, no eye contact, no apology, just telling the young host what to say. So after over an hour waiting for a table and buying drinks at the bar we left hungry and pissed off. The worst thing was I was warned by my parents not to go there as they had a terrible experience with service and food (at least they got a table). The young host was a nice kid, but the small female manager is a lazy coward.

  Not sure why all the bad reviews! I went there for lunch this past weekend and had a great time. Our server was great. He was a younger chap did a great job! Not overbearing at all and was very friendly. It was one of the few times I can remember a server saying "You're welcome" after you thank them for checking in to make sure everything is going well.
  
  The food was great as well. My girlfriend had the chicken pot pie and loved it. I had the french onion soup and a side salad. The soup was one of the best I have had in a very long time! I also overheard the table of 5 beside us all commenting on how good it was. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there for a good lunch!

  Went here for drinks and had a good experience. The staff was friendly and makes custom drinks. The prices are reasonable compared to the surrounding eateries. This is not a fine dining experience but it is a good place to chat with friends.
